Cloud 9's office building for the new [email protected] district has won the top prize at this year's World Architecture Festival. Providing a mix of large office space, space for start-ups and public space, the architect Enric Ruiz-Geli hopes for the building to it act 'as a seed for an environmental revoloution'.
